April was born in Toronto, Ontario but grew up in Timmins, Ontario. It wasn’t an easy life growing up for April, as she transferred through many different foster homes and never really had a stable home or even a stable life. Feeling lost and forgotten after being neglected by many, she was then left on her own and fought for her survival with very minimal resources. Because of these imbalances in her life she has had to take on many wrong turns before finding herself.April is now in the process of trying to better her future by following her dreams and her goals; and that is succeeding in the entertainment business, in example, writing, singing, dancing, modeling, and etc. She has recently competed in modeling competitions. In her first year of competing, she brought home a trophy winning 2nd runner up for her commercial print photograph in the 2011 CMTC. She has also experienced many other opportunities, like acting as an extra in the T.V. series Being Erica.April is now trying to rise above a life that has been full of judgmental and harsh criticism. By doing this, she is using her life experiences and channeling them into positive energy, which gives her the strength to keep on helping others. She has dedicated herself to raising money for her charity (The Good Samaritan Inn Homeless Shelter), and has even created her own charity, which is determined to branch off and help all those who have been forgotten.April hopes to continue to share inspiration all around her. She will never be shy about helping others that need her in any given way, shape, or form, as it is what gives her, her motivation and inspiration with her every passing day.
